INFRARED SAUNA

Infrared: Far, Mid & Near

Far Infrared activates sweat glands on the skin. This process enhances energy flow, aids in blood vessel health & blood pressure reduction, and promotes weight loss. As the heart rate increases in Far Infrared light, the body gets a great passive aerobic exercise.

Mid Infrared increases circulation through vasodilation. Our infrared sauna is safe to use every day. On average, for therapeutic purposes, most people commit to 3-4 sessions a week or one session every other day.

For prevention or maintenance, the schedule can be more relaxed.
2 to 3 sauna sessions per month are always better than no sessions at all.


SEATING, REQUIRED ATTIRE & WHAT TO BRING

Pick a seat, any seat! Our sauna experience is a SHARED experience. Make sure to dress for the heat! For the guys: athletic shorts are great, shirts are optional. For the ladies: athletic shorts, sports bras and or tank tops are perfect. Bring a fresh towel & a change of clothes for afterwards!
