Celebrate recovery together with our Fire & Ice contrast therapy, designed for two! Enjoy the Infrared Sauna to relax and detox, followed by Whole Body Cryotherapy to reduce inflammation and boost recovery. Wear lightweight clothing or a swimsuit for the sauna and dry attire for the cryo chamber (gloves, socks, and slippers provided).
