Mobility Stretch combines active stretching techniques with alignment-based yoga movements to enhance your range of motion. Each session focuses on recovery, flexibility, mobility, balance, pliability, and strength, supporting your body's athletic performance and injury recovery.


What makes this experience different:

We use unconventional equipment, like our yoga wall, to suspend and support your body, providing a unique, fun, and invigorating experience. Be prepared to push beyond your comfort zones, share some laughs, and encourage each other!


Is this class included with my membership:

Yes! Mobility stretch is included with all of our memberships (Jiu Jitsu too!). Not a member and you want to come in with a friend, no worries! Our drop in price is $25.
